Key Accounts Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Key Account Manager to lead and grow our e-grocery partnerships with top platforms like Quick Commerce, Amazon, and Flipkart. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in performance marketing, sales planning, and data-driven decision-making within the food and beverage space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage e-grocery accounts to maximize revenue, profitability, and brand presence.
• Design and execute strategies to enhance performance across multiple platforms.
• Analyse account data, identify trends, and recommend actionable insights.
• Develop hypotheses and experiments to optimize account outcomes.
• Partner with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams for seamless execution.
• Track industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
• Lead promo planning, margin optimization, and profitability enhancement.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with platform partners and internal teams.
• Deliver regular performance reports and strategic recommendations.

What Were Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience managing e-grocery accounts, preferably in food & beverage.
• Strong background in performance marketing and driving ROI.
• Proficiency in data analytics and logical problem-solving.
• Experience with promo planning, pricing strategies, and margin management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-account environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive approach to experimentation and continuous learning.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
