Job Description

Role & responsibilities

. Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with TA teams and hiring managers.
  • Understand clients hiring needs, business culture, and market positioning.
  • Conduct regular client meetings/reviews to assess satisfaction and identify new opportunities.

Requirement Management & Coordination

  • Gather detailed job briefs from clients and ensure clarity in requirement specifications.
  • Coordinate with the recruitment team for timely allocation and fulfillment of positions.
  • Monitor the progress of open requisitions and ensure SLA adherence.
  • Provide feedback loops between clients and recruiters to improve submission quality.

Key KPIs / Metrics

  • Experience in handling clients like Capgemini or TCS is must
  • Client retention rate.
  • Revenue growth from assigned accounts.
  • SLA/TAT compliance.
  • Fill rate for client requirements.
  • Client satisfaction score
