Job Description

Manage strategic key accounts handling International business covering 100 Cr+ annually, focusing on natural fragrance ingredients (floral extracts, essential oils, spice extracts & absolutes) for European markets.
Manage contract negotiations / renewals & ensured adherence to contractual agreements.
Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with customers to understand their needs.
Develop value-generative, long-term relationships with new customers that resulted in increased sales and margins.
Develop deep understanding of the business, financials and products, market dynamics and challenges faced by the accounts to provide inputs into the development of detailed sales plans to monitor, assess and ensure sales goals are achieved.
Perform demand planning with cross-functional team collaboration (R&D, Quality, Procurement, Production, Planning &Logistics) delivering business targets ensuring excellence in contract execution, inventory management, stock ageing, and rejections. Lead the internal response to customer issue resolution.
Overseeing the supply chain aspects for key products. Proper tracking & management of product inventory through periodic ageing analysis and ensuring timely stock liquidation.
Support and work closely with Agronomy team in conduct sustainability audits (UEBT, FSA, Fair for Life) and other activities.
Engage directly with supply chain stakeholders and farmers to mitigate sourcing risks and improve crop traceability through regular field visits and interactions.
Represent the company at international trade exhibitions and conferences, showcasing product lines and initiatives.
