Job Description

Synthite Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Process Improvement Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in mechanical or aeronautical engineering and proven expertise in driving operational efficiency through Six Sigma, Lean, and other continuous improvement methodologies. The selected candidate will play a key role in identifying and implementing process enhancements across manufacturing and production operations. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute process improvement initiatives focused on manufacturing and production systems. Evaluate current workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for cost reduction. Apply Six Sigma, Lean, and other process optimization tools to enhance productivity and quality. Collaborate cross-functionally with teams from production, engineering, quality, and supply chain to roll out improvement strategies. Conduct training sessions and provide mentorship on process improvement tools and techniques. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact of improvement efforts. Perform regular performance evaluations and recommend solutions to address process-related challenges. Act as a catalyst for fostering a continuous improvement culture across the organization. Keep abreast of latest industry trends and best practices in process improvement and operational excellence. Qualifications Bachelor's degree (B.Tech) in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering. 58 years of relevant experience in process improvement roles, preferably within manufacturing or engineering sectors. Solid understanding of Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt preferred), Lean Manufacturing, and related methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Proven leadership skills with a proactive and goal-oriented approach. Experience in driving measurable process improvement projects and reporting outcomes. Preferred Certifications Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Lean Manufacturing or Kaizen certifications (optional but advantageous)
