Operational Excellence Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor plant team performance through time studies, identifying value-added vs. non-value-added

activities, and sharing insights.

• Coordinate with plant teams on improvement projects and provide regular progress updates.

• Conduct process analysis and time studies to suggest efficiency improvements, labour optimization,

and potential automation solutions.

• Prepare, compile, and submit systematic reports to streamline workflows and maintain

documentation.

• Track and analyse fast-moving items, recommending rate revisions and cost reduction measures.

• Ensure timely follow-up and closure of pending tasks as per given direction.

• Draft and share commercial offers with customers in coordination.

• Execute delegated tasks with accuracy, verify outcomes, and provide timely reporting.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in engineering; MBA in Operations / Business Management preferred.

• Minimum 5 years of industry experience (manufacturing, operations, and operational

excellence experience are preferred).

• Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and deliver timely updates.

• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and basic data analysis.

• Prior exposure to a manufacturing or operations environment will be an advantage.
