Role: Operational Excellence – Entry Level We are seeking B.Sc. Chemistry graduates to be part of our Operational Excellence (OE) team. Applicants must have at least 6 months of experience in API production . The role is well-suited for individuals who are analytical, detail-focused, and motivated to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Observe and analyze existing operations and facility workflows. Identify opportunities for optimization and waste reduction . Support implementation of 5S principles and lean methodologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements. Assist in maintaining compliance with GMP and other regulatory standards. What is Operational Excellence?
