Key Responsibilities

Lead and drive process improvement projects across departments, with an emphasis on manufacturing and production systems.
Analyze current operations to identify areas for process optimization, efficiency enhancement, and cost savings.
Apply Six Sigma, Lean, and other structured problem-solving tools to improve processes and eliminate waste.
Collaborate with production, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to execute improvement strategies.
Coach and support internal teams in adopting process improvement techniques and tools.
Define and track
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
to assess the success of initiatives.
Monitor process performance regularly, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective measures.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
Stay abreast of industry trends, tools, and emerging best practices in operational excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree (B.Tech) in
Mechanical
or
Aeronautical Engineering
.
5 to 8 years of relevant experience in process improvement, ideally within a
manufacturing or engineering
environment.
Solid knowledge and practical experience in
Lean, Six Sigma
, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage cross-functional teams.
Proven leadership ability with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
Six Sigma Certification
(Green Belt or Black Belt) is highly preferred.
