About the Role: We are looking for a results-driven Key Account Manager to lead and grow our e-grocery partnerships with top platforms like Quick Commerce, Amazon, and Flipkart. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in performance marketing, sales planning, and data-driven decision-making within the food and beverage space. Key Responsibilities: Own and manage e-grocery accounts to maximize revenue, profitability, and brand presence. Design and execute strategies to enhance performance across multiple platforms. Analyse account data, identify trends, and recommend actionable insights. Develop hypotheses and experiments to optimize account outcomes. Partner with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams for seamless execution. Track industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy. Lead promo planning, margin optimization, and profitability enhancement. Build and nurture strong relationships with platform partners and internal teams. Deliver regular performance reports and strategic recommendations. What Were Looking For: 2+ years of experience managing e-grocery accounts, preferably in food & beverage. Strong background in performance marketing and driving ROI. Proficiency in data analytics and logical problem-solving. Experience with promo planning, pricing strategies, and margin management. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-account environment. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A proactive approach to experimentation and continuous learning.
