Job Description

Customer Delight Executive - D2C Key responsibilities would be as follows: Delighting customers with every interaction. Proficiency in written and oral communications Create an impact by improving metrics like Response time, Resolution time and CSAT score. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues. Support team in adhoc tasks as per the process requirements. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. Responding to customers' calls, emails, and WhatsApp queries and providing end to end resolution. Prior experience in customer service is mandated preferred industry D2C - Beauty, and Ecom. Shift Time - Mon - Sat, Sat WFH 6 days working
