ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES Microsoft 365 & Security Administer and manage Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Configure and monitor Azure AD Premium features, including Conditional Access, MFA, and identity lifecycle management. Implement and manage Microsoft Intune for device compliance, application protection policies, and Autopilot provisioning. Manage Jamf Pro for iPhone deployment, including integration with Apple Business Manager. IT Security & Compliance Set up and manage MDM solutions for laptops and mobile devices. Implement data leakage prevention measures, secure file sharing, and remote wipe capabilities. Define, enforce, and monitor corporate device usage and data protection policies. ROLE PURPOSE The Supply Chain Manager will serve as the principal liaison between the local operations and global headquarters. This role ensures seamless execution of procurement and production support operations, covering everything from master data setup to import processes to align local procurement activities with Group-wide strategy and standards. The position will also foster supplier development, manage local compliance, and streamline sourcing, contract, and payment workflows to drive efficiency and quality across the supply chain. ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborating with departments and stakeholders to identify and maintain resources needed to establish and provide an effective supply chain. Execute procurement for materials, components, and equipment across countries. Manage RFQ (request, comparison, negotiation) processes, order follow-ups, handling non-conforming items, and quality feedback loops. Experience handling e-invoicing, contract creation, and payment workflows. Strong hands-on experience with Indian import procedures, tax and regulatory environments. Proficient in import-export operations including L/Cs, customs clearance, coordination with customs brokers, and logistics for pick-up and delivery. ROLE PURPOSE The Key Account Manager will oversee and manage relationships with existing Indian clients for our manufacturing operations. The role focuses on ensuring smooth coordination between India and our Head Quarters in Taiwan for order fulfillment, monitoring production schedules, and maintaining client satisfaction. ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES Act as the primary point of contact for existing Indian clients of our manufacturing business. Coordinate with Taiwan Head Quarters operations to ensure orders are correctly processed and delivered on time. Monitor production schedules, material availability, and shipping timelines. Address client queries regarding product specifications, order status, or delivery. Maintain accurate records of orders, client communications, and follow-ups. Ensure seamless handover and execution of orders from Taiwan Head Quarters to Indian operations. Support operational teams in resolving any production or logistical challenges. Provide periodic reports on order progress, client satisfaction, and account activities. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales or Account Management within the machine tools, linear motion, or precision engineering industries. Strong understanding of CNC machining, automation systems, and supply chain processes related to machine tools and precision components.
