ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Ind AS. Ensure accurate accounting of expenses, assets, liabilities, and revenue in ERP (Zoho Books / SAP / Tally / Oracle, etc.). Manage general ledger (GL) activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and adjustments. Oversee inventory accounting and costing activities, including WIP and finished goods valuation. Handle accounts payable and receivable reconciliation and ensure timely vendor/customer payments. Ensure proper documentation for GST, TDS, PF, and ESIC compliance and filings. Support internal, statutory, and tax audits, and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines. Manage monthly payroll processing for on-roll employees in compliance with statutory requirements. Assist in budgeting, variance analysis, and cost optimization projects. Liaise with cross-functional teams including operations, procurement, HR, and auditors. Collaborate closely with the Finance team at our Taiwan headquarters to address their queries and provide any information they may require. Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the line manager. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting. CA Inter / CMA Inter / M.Com / MBA (Finance) preferred. Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in financial accounting, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial environment. Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, GST, and Income Tax. Proficient in MS Excel and hands-on experience with ERP systems (Zoho Books, SAP, Tally, Oracle, etc.). Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and deadlines.
ROLE PURPOSE We are seeking an experienced IT Systems & Security Administrator with strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure AD Premium, and Jamf Pro. The role involves end-to-end management of enterprise IT infrastructure, security, and compliance, ensuring a secure and seamless technology environment for our organization. ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES Microsoft 365 & Security Administer and manage Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Configure and monitor Azure AD Premium features, including Conditional Access, MFA, and identity lifecycle management. Implement and manage Microsoft Intune for device compliance, application protection policies, and Autopilot provisioning. Manage Jamf Pro for iPhone deployment, including integration with Apple Business Manager. IT Security & Compliance Set up and manage MDM solutions for laptops and mobile devices. Implement data leakage prevention measures, secure file sharing, and remote wipe capabilities. Define, enforce, and monitor corporate device usage and data protection policies. Networking & Infrastructure Manage routers, switches, and wireless access points. Configure and maintain firewalls, including VPN setup for secure remote access. Additional IT Responsibilities Manage CCTV infrastructure including setup, monitoring, and storage policies. Oversee data backup solutions (cloud and on-premises) and disaster recovery planning. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 5 to 8 years in IT administration. Minimum 3 years of hands-on administration experience in Microsoft 365 & Intune. 1 to 2 years of experience in Jamf Pro & Apple Business Manager. Practical knowledge of networking devices, firewalls, VPNs, and CCTV systems. Experience in data backup and disaster recovery solutions. Proven track record as a lead or key contributor in at least one end-to-end IT infrastructure, MDM, or security rollout project. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach.
