HR Recruiter Executive

The Junior Recruiter position at our FMCG, CLOUD KITCHEN, and Retail Hiring department in Bengaluru offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with prior experience in retail hiring to join our team. As a Junior Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding talent across various retail positions, from store staff to front-line executives. Your key responsibilities will include assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process for retail roles such as sales associates, store managers, and cashiers, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, maintaining accurate records, and supporting employer branding initiatives to attract top retail talent. Additionally, you will participate in job fairs and campus recruitment drives as needed to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 2-4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in retail, cloud kitchen, or high-volume hiring. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple openings efficiently, familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases, and a passion for creating seamless hiring experiences are essential for success in this position.
