HR Recruiter Executive

Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling the full-cycle recruitment process for faculty, non-teaching, and administrative staff. This includes developing and posting job advertisements, sourcing and screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating with department heads, maintaining candidate database, ensuring timely issuance of offer letters, and supporting onboarding and induction programs for new hires. Additionally, you will be tasked with building a pipeline of potential candidates for future requirements while ensuring compliance with institutional policies and statutory recruitment guidelines. Key Responsibilities: - Handle the full-cycle recruitment process for faculty, non-teaching, and administrative staff. - Develop and post job advertisements on relevant portals, social media, and college website. - Source and screen resumes to shortlist suitable candidates. - Conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews to assess candidates. - Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements. - Schedule and facilitate interviews with selection committees. - Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers. - Ensure timely issuance of offer letters and joining formalities. - Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires. - Build a pipeline of potential candidates for future requirements. - Ensure compliance with institutional policies and statutory recruitment guidelines. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Familiarity with relevant recruitment tools and techniques. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
