As the Co-Founder / Chief Sales Officer, your responsibilities would be:

• Lead the end-to-end B2B sales strategy-from market mapping to revenue execution.
• Build and manage the sales team, funnels, and playbooks for scalable growth.
• Design and drive Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, partnerships, and customer acquisition.
• Work closely with product and marketing teams to shape the roadmap based on customer insights.
• Represent the brand externally-in investor, customer, and ecosystem conversations.
• Drive strategic decisions as part of the founding leadership team.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of strong experience in B2B / SaaS sales, Go-to-Market (GTM), or business development.
• Proven track record of building revenue from zero to scale ideally in startup or high-growth settings.
• Hands-on exposure to enterprise sales cycles, consultative selling, and partnerships.
• Leadership mindset with ability to build and lead teams from scratch.
• Strategic thinker with high ownership, execution bias, and hunger to build.
• Alumni from IIMs or top-tier institutes preferred, though not mandatory.
