We are hiring a CFO for a fintech startup with a cutting-edge app and web platform for traders, leveraging AI and data science for professional-grade trading tools.

The team comprises seasoned leaders from diverse sectors, with a foundation in research and innovation from prestigious institutions like IITs and IIMs.

As the CFO, your responsibilities would be:

• Financial Strategy & Planning

  : Develop and execute financial strategies, oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, and support strategic initiatives with financial insights and analysis.

• Regulatory Compliance & Governance

  : Ensure compliance with SEBI, NSE, and BSE regulations, maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies, and stay updated on changes in financial and brokerage regulations.

• Financial Operations & Reporting

  : Manage day-to-day financial activities including cash flow and liquidity, oversee financial reporting and ensure accuracy, and implement strong internal controls and risk management frameworks.

• Leadership & Team Management

  : Lead and mentor the finance team, foster a high-performance culture, and collaborate with leadership to align financial goals with business strategy.

• Audit & Risk Management

  : Implement and monitor internal controls, coordinate audits, ensure timely financial reporting, identify financial risks, and develop mitigation strategies.

• Stakeholder & Investor Relations

  : Manage relationships with investors, financial institutions, and key stakeholders, and present financial reports and strategies to the board and executive team.

• Prior experience in top Indian retail broking firms.
• Strong understanding of SEBI, NSE, and BSE regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in financial software and data-driven decision-making.
• Bangalore-based candidates preferred or individuals with a strong willingness to relocate.
