Chief Financial Officer

As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial functions to ensure the smooth financial operations of the organization. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading the preparation and consolidation of monthly Management Information System (MIS) and annual balance sheets. - Driving financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting in alignment with company goals. - Ensuring a smooth transition and continuity post the retirement of the current CFO. You will also be accountable for: - Overseeing statutory, internal, and tax audits, and ensuring compliance with all applicable tax, financial, and export regulations. - Delivering timely and accurate financial reports to the management team and providing actionable insights based on key business performance indicators. - Managing and mentoring a team of 5-6 finance professionals to foster a culture of accountability, stability, and long-term commitment. - Collaborating with business heads to optimize cost control and financial processes. Qualifications and Experience required for this role: - Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is preferred. - Minimum of 8+ years of experience in financial management. - 10+ years in a CFO or senior finance leadership role, preferably in a family-run business. - Prior experience in export-driven companies will be highly advantageous. - Strong grounding in financial systems, MIS reporting, audit processes, and strategic planning.
