Position: Recruiter / Sr. Recruiter Industry: Facility Management / Security / Housekeeping / Manpower Outsourcing Experience: 2- 4 Years (Facility Management hiring preferred) Location: Navi Mumbai Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a target-driven and experienced Recruiter with strong exposure to bulk hiring and site-level manpower recruitment in the Facility Management industry. The candidate must have hands-on experience with all job portals and sourcing tools, along with the ability to close positions within strict TAT. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical & non-technical roles (Housekeeping, Technicians, Supervisors, Security, Admin, HR, Operations). Achieve daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets as per business requirements. Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna, Shine, and internal database . Conduct screening, telephonic interviews, scheduling, and coordination with operations & HR teams. Manage bulk recruitment for site deployment across locations. Maintain candidate trackers, MIS, and status updates. Build and maintain talent pipeline for high-volume requirements. Coordinate with internal hiring managers to understand job mandates. Ensure joining, documentation, and onboarding of selected candidates. Meet TAT for urgent and critical manpower requirements. Skills Required Strong experience in Facility Management recruitment (mandatory). Hardcore target-oriented and ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication & negotiation skills. Strong sourcing skills using all job portals & social media. Ability to close bulk and lateral positions quickly. Good understanding of manpower deployment for sites.
