Chief Financial Officer

As a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at a high-growth financial services platform, your role will involve strategic financial leadership, risk and compliance oversight, and close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders on high-value investment banking and corporate finance transactions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the company's financial strategy and long-term financial planning - Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis - Ensure statutory compliance and oversee tax and legal governance - Handle stakeholder management including investors, auditors, and board reporting - Drive risk mitigation strategies and maintain robust internal controls - Lead and mentor high-performing finance teams - Oversee commercials, legal affairs, and regulatory compliance Ideal Candidate Profile: - Minimum 15 years of progressive finance experience - At least 5 years in a senior leadership role (preferably in financial services or investment banking) - Proven expertise in corporate finance, risk management, and legal closure of complex deals - Strong communication, stakeholder, and negotiation skills - Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, transaction-driven environment - Experience working on large-scale M&A, private equity, or structured finance deals is a plus Mandatory Qualifications: - Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory - Exposure to investment banking, corporate M&A, or private equity preferred If there are any additional details about the company in the job description, please provide them.
