About The Role A high-growth financial services platform is seeking a dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. The role involves strategic financial leadership, risk and compliance oversight, and close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders on high-value investment banking and corporate finance transactions. Key Responsibilities Lead the companys financial strategy and long-term financial planning Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis Ensure statutory compliance and oversee tax and legal governance Optimize operational efficiency across finance, accounting, procurement, and payroll Handle stakeholder management including investors, auditors, and board reporting Drive risk mitigation strategies and maintain robust internal controls Lead and mentor high-performing finance teams Oversee commercials, legal affairs, and regulatory compliance Ideal Candidate Profile Minimum 15 years of progressive finance experience At least 5 years in a senior leadership role (preferably in financial services or investment banking) Proven expertise in corporate finance, risk management, and legal closure of complex deals Strong communication, stakeholder, and negotiation skills Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, transaction-driven environment Experience working on large-scale M&A, private equity, or structured finance deals is a plus Mandatory Qualifications Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory Exposure to investment banking, corporate M&A, or private equity preferred (ref:iimjobs.com) Show more Show less
