Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate catering staff and support teams.
Coordinate with central kitchen teams for smooth production, inventory management, and dispatch for catering orders.
Manage external vendors (logistics, equipment suppliers, event coordinators) to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Collaborate with culinary teams to design, customize, and optimize catering menus.
Maintain rigorous quality checks for food preparation, packaging, portioning, and on-site service.
Continuously enhance presentation standards to align with Gabru Di Chaap’s premium brand image.
Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, event partners, and high-profile customers.
Manage negotiations, order closures, and client servicing to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and events to expand catering revenue streams.
Track demand, forecast requirements, and manage inventory for catering operations.
Create budgets, control costs, and drive profitability for the catering vertical.
