Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Catering Manager to lead and oversee all catering operations. The ideal candidate will manage events from planning to execution, ensuring exceptional food quality, service, and client satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and coordinate all catering operations, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Develop catering menus in collaboration with chefs and clients, accommodating dietary requirements and budget constraints.
  • Manage catering staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service at all events.
  • Oversee logistics, including equipment, transportation, and venue setup for catering functions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their specific needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage costs to achieve financial targets.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
  • Handle on-site event management, troubleshoot issues in real-time, and ensure smooth event execution.
  • Analyze customer feedback and operational performance to continuously improve catering services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Catering Manager or in a similar role within the food and beverage industry.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple events and teams simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
