Job Description

We are seeking a talented and passionate Pastry Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be creative, detail-oriented, and dedicated to delivering exceptional quality in every dessert. You’ll be responsible for producing high-end pastries, baked goods, and confections that delight our guests and align with our brand's standards. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and bake a wide variety of pastries, desserts, and breads Design and execute seasonal dessert menus and custom creations Maintain high standards of food presentation and quality Monitor ingredient stocks and place orders as needed Ensure proper food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices Supervise and train junior pastry staff or assistants Collaborate with chefs and front-of-house staff for smooth service Requirements: Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or relevant role Culinary degree or certification in pastry arts is preferred Deep knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and plating Creativity and a strong eye for aesthetics and detail Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment Excellent time management and organizational skills Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays What We Offer: Competitive compensation Opportunities for growth and creative freedom A collaborative and inspiring work environment Staff meals and other perks Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Rotational shift Weekend availability Experience: Pastries, Bakery & Desserts: 8 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
