Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Pastry Chef to join our team at Hilton Hyderabad Genome Valley Resort and Spa. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in pastry-making and excellent culinary skills.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Prepare high-quality pastries, cakes, and desserts for guests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate with other chefs to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop new recipes and menus to enhance the dining experience.
  • Ensure all food meets quality standards and is served on time.
  • Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of pastry-making techniques and ingredients.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Culinary certification or relevant training is an asset.
