Role Overview: We are looking for courteous and efficient Waiters/Waitresses to provide an exceptional dining experience to our guests. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Guest Service: Greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages promptly. Menu Knowledge: Be well-versed with the menu to make recommendations and address guest queries. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service. Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations. Customer Focus: Address guest feedback and ensure a memorable dining experience. Requirements: Prior experience as a Waiter/Waitress is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A friendly and professional demeanor. Key Responsibilities: Menu Development: Design and execute a European-inspired menu that reflects authenticity and innovation while catering to diverse customer preferences. Kitchen Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate the kitchen team to ensure seamless operations and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation. Quality Control: Oversee food preparation, portioning, and plating to meet Olegio’s established standards of excellence.
