Role Overview:
We are looking for courteous and efficient Waiters/Waitresses to provide an exceptional dining experience to our guests. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Service: Greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Menu Knowledge: Be well-versed with the menu to make recommendations and address guest queries.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
• Customer Focus: Address guest feedback and ensure a memorable dining experience.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Waiter/Waitress is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
