Position Overview

The HR Assistant will support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, ensuring smooth communication, efficient record-keeping, and a professional experience for all team members and candidates. This role requires someone organized, proactive, and people-oriented — a person who can multitask while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in full-cycle recruitment: posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Maintain employee records (digital and physical) and update HR databases regularly.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes — prepare offer letters, collect documents, and facilitate orientation.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports, attendance sheets, and payroll-related data.
  • Support visa, travel, and relocation documentation for international hires when required.
  • Coordinate training sessions, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
  • Handle general HR correspondence, inquiries, and administrative support.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality in all HR matters.
  • Collaborate closely with management to uphold Olegio’s professional and creative workplace culture.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (experience in hospitality, events, or creative industries is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills — fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Excellent organization, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with HR tools or ATS systems preferred.
  • Positive, professional attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
