Ice Cream & Dessert Production Prepare ice cream bases, soft serve mixes, gelato-style flavors, and toppings according to recipes and brand standards. Develop new flavors and dessert concepts in line with brand identity. Ensure batch consistency, texture, and taste across all products. Pastry & Baking Prepare baked items such as brownies, cookies, cones, cakes, and other dessert components used in Tai Tai products. Decorate and finish desserts aesthetically with attention to presentation. Quality Control Monitor raw material quality and freshness. Ensure recipes are followed accurately and maintain strict product standards. Conduct taste checks and adjust flavors when necessary. Kitchen Operations Maintain cleanliness and hygiene as per FSSAI and company standards. Track inventory, manage ordering of ingredients, and reduce wastage. Maintain equipment, freezers, mixers, and tools in proper working condition. Teamwork & Training Work with the production team to meet daily and bulk order requirements. Train junior staff on preparation, mixing, freezing, and finishing techniques. Support catering and retail teams with production needs. Required Skills & Qualifications 14 years of experience as a Pastry Chef, Ice Cream Chef, or in dessert production. Strong understanding of mixing, freezing, and pastry techniques. Creative mindset with a passion for desserts and flavor development. Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen organization. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
