Business Process Analyst

implementation, integration, and management of Zoho ERP modules

Zoho CRM, Books, and Projects

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the implementation and configuration of Zoho ERP modules including CRM, Books, and Projects.
• Work extensively with Zoho CRM applications such as Creator, Campaigns, Desk, and SalesIQ to optimize business processes.
• Handle integration of Zoho CRM with third-party marketing and automation tools, ensuring seamless data flow and reporting.
• Generate and manage business MIS reports, including Profit & Loss reports, for internal management and decision-making.
• Support Zoho Books reporting for statutory audits and other compliance requirements.
• Identify gaps in existing business processes and propose effective automation solutions using the Zoho suite.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, finance, marketing, and IT teams to understand requirements and deliver Zoho-based solutions.
• Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and workflows within the Zoho environment.
• Provide training and support to end-users for Zoho tools and updates.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year experience in Zoho ERP implementation, particularly Zoho CRM, Books, and Projects.
• Proficiency with Zoho applications like Creator, Campaigns, Desk, and SalesIQ.
• Experience in third-party tool integration with Zoho CRM (e.g., email marketing, lead gen tools, analytics platforms).
• Strong understanding of financial reports and P&L generation using Zoho Books.
• Ability to extract and analyze data for business reporting and audits.
• Solid understanding of business operations, especially sales, finance, and project management workflows.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Zoho certifications (CRM, Books, or Creator) are a plus.
• Experience in working with APIs and automation tools.
• Background in finance or business analysis is desirable.
