Business Process Analyst

The role of the business process analyst is like that of a product manager.

The Key Responsibilities for this role are:

• Understand the business context, assess the current Tech product from the POV of 'Current' and 'To Be' and propose improvements
• Interact with the internal and external stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, and workflow diagrams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide training and documentation for end-users.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 2+ years Experience in requirement gathering and documentation.
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office.

Key Skills:

• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
