Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Head located in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan, India. Key responsibilities include:

Business & Strategy

• Lead overall business operations including production coordination, sales, HR, finance inputs, and customer relations.
• Develop and execute growth strategies for domestic and international markets.
• Monitor plant performance, profitability, and operational efficiency.

Sales & Marketing

• Drive B2B sales for aluminium extrusion profiles across key segments.
• Identify new clients, expand distribution channels, and build long-term partnerships.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.

International Business

• Manage overseas clients, export orders, and global logistics.
• Handle

  international shipments, documentation, LC transactions, export compliance, and payments

• Build relationships with global distributors and OEM customers.

Operations & Team Management

• Oversee HR activities including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure seamless coordination between production, quality, dispatch, and customer service.
• Drive company culture, discipline, and team motivation.

Financial & Commercial

• Support budgeting, costing, pricing strategy, and commercial negotiations.
• Monitor receivables, credit terms, and customer payment cycles.

Experience:

5 – 20 years

(Aluminium Extrusion industry preferred)

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in aluminium extrusion or related manufacturing industries.
• Strong knowledge of sales, marketing, HR basics, and customer service management.
• Must be well-versed in export documentation, international trade processes, INCOTERMS, and foreign transactions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive results under pressure.
• Ability to handle customer demands and complaints and manage orders
• Have field experience in Sales and Marketing

Salary:

₹30,000 – ₹70,000 per month

(Commensurate with skills & experience)

Working Hours:

9 – 12 hours per day based on role and experience

Weekly Sunday off as per company policy

Gazetted & National holidays observed
