The role involves developing business through both strategic sourcing of ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles) and direct client sales, while collaborating with internal teams to deliver world-class workspace solutions. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation via both ICP sourcing and direct sales channels. Client Engagement: Identify and engage potential clients in corporate, co- working, IT, and commercial real estate sectors. Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with decision makers, architects, real estate consultants, and project management consultants (PMCs). sales Execution: Manage the complete sales lifecycle from initial prospecting and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closure. Collaboration: Work closely with design, costing, and project teams to ensure solutions align with client requirements. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on workspace design trends, competitor activity, and emerging business opportunities. Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM data, track performance metrics, and provide regular sales forecasts. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field (MBA preferred). 5+ years of experience in commercial interiors, workspace design, fit out solutions, or corporate real estate sales. Demonstrated success in both direct sales and ICP-based business development. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Established network within corporate real estate, PMCs, and architect communities. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office suite. Core Competencies: Consultative and strategic selling mindset. Ability to balance direct sales initiatives with strategic ICP sourcing. Strong relationship-building and client service orientation. High ownership, business acumen, and results-driven attitude.
