Business Head

Role & Responsibilities:

As the Business Head, you will:

• Build and lead

  the new Employability Training & Placement division, from strategy to execution.

• Develop revenue streams

  by designing scalable business models, partnerships, and service offerings.

• Drive placement outcomes

  by collaborating with corporates, recruiters, and industry bodies to ensure students gain employment opportunities.

• Design employability training programs

  aligned with industry requirements and evolving job markets.

• Lead and mentor a team

  across business development, operations, training, and placement functions.

• Own the P&L

  ensure sustainable growth, profitability, and scalability of the division.

• Analyze market trends, student needs, and employer expectations

  to continuously refine offerings.

• Build brand visibility

  of the division through strategic marketing and outreach initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience

  in a leadership role with proven responsibility for revenue generation.
• Strong

  analytical, strategic, and executional skills

  ability to move from planning to hands-on implementation.
• A

  driven, resourceful, and entrepreneurial mindset

  with the ability to start and scale a business unit.
• Prior experience in

  employability training, placements, skilling, or education services

  will be an advantage.
• Proven ability to build teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver results under challenging timelines.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
