Job Purpose

To lead the Solar EPC vertical, build the function from the ground up, and drive business growth by acquiring large-scale EPC projects and managing a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and scale the Solar EPC vertical, including strategy, planning, and execution.
  
• Drive end-to-end EPC sales: opportunity identification, proposals, techno-commercial negotiations, and closures.
  
• Build and manage strong relationships with industrial and commercial customers.
  
• Coordinate with design, engineering, supply chain, and execution teams for seamless project delivery.
  
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 1015 members with clear performance goals.
  
• Define SOPs, streamline sales processes, and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting to the Director.
  

Key Skills & Requirements

• Mandatory:

  Solar EPC sales experience
• Proven ability to build a business vertical or team

  from scratch

  .
• Strong technical understanding of solar systems, BOQs, design basics, and project execution.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Strategic mindset with strong commercial and analytical capabilities.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Energy Engineering preferred.
  
• MBA is an added advantage.
