Job Description

Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop job descriptions for open positions. - Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms. - Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the company culture. - Maintain organized records of candidate interactions and recruitment processes in the applicant tracking system. - Facilitate and coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers. - Provide regular updates to hiring managers and stakeholders on recruitment progress and candidate status. - Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs. - Participate in career fairs and recruitment events to promote the company's employer brand and attract talent. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment, specifically within the renewable energy sector. Skills Required: - Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the renewable energy industry or related fields. - Strong understanding of non IT roles, particularly within the solar, inverter, and battery sectors. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. - Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and work under tight deadlines. - Strong analytical skills to assess candidate qualifications and make informed hiring decisions. - Passion for renewable energy and a commitment to promoting sustainable practices. Desired Candidate Profile 2-4 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or related field. MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution in any specialization. Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, shortlisting, interview coordination, and offer generation.
