Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Engineer located in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan, India. Key responsibilities include:

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of

  extrusion presses

  , billet heaters, hydraulic systems, pullers, runout tables, stretchers, ageing ovens, compressors, and related machinery.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, electronic, and hydraulic faults with speed and accuracy.
• Ensure uninterrupted plant operations by minimizing downtime through proactive interventions.
• Maintain and troubleshoot PLC systems, control panels, sensors, VFDs, motors, pumps, and power circuits.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules and maintain detailed documentation.
• Inspect press components—container, die slide, main cylinder, pumps, valves, manifolds—ensuring proper functionality and safety.
• Coordinate with the production team to address failures, optimize machine performance, and improve reliability.
• Manage spares inventory and liaise with vendors for critical parts and repairs.
• Implement safety standards and ensure compliance with all industrial guidelines.

Experience:

5 – 20 years

(Aluminium Extrusion industry preferred)

Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics (preferred)
• Strong understanding of industrial quality processes
• Knowledge of extrusion & metal processing is a plus
• In-depth understanding of aluminium extrusion press working principles.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical circuits, and mechanical assemblies.
• Hands-on experience with industrial automation and PLC-based systems.
• Physically fit and able to handle operational tasks

Salary:

₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month

(Commensurate with skills & experience)

Working Hours:

9 – 12 hours per day based on role and experience

Weekly Sunday off as per company policy

Gazetted & National holidays observed
