Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures for machinery, DG sets, HVAC
systems, electrical systems, and plumbing.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using maintenance management software and other relevant tools.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
