Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Packaging and Dispatch Supervisor located in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan, India. Key responsibilities include:
  • Manage packaging of aluminium extrusions as per customer requirements
  • Ensure zero-damage handling, stacking & loading of materials
  • Coordinate dispatch schedules with logistics & production teams
  • Track inventory and maintain dispatch records
  • Maintain safety & housekeeping standards in packaging area
  • Inspect material labelling, bundle counts and wrapping quality
  • Work with vendors/transporters to ensure timely deliveries

Experience:

1 – 10 years

(Automotive or Aluminium Extrusion industry preferred)

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of industrial quality processes
  • Knowledge of extrusion & metal processing is a plus
  • Any technical/industrial background preferred
  • Knowledge of aluminium extrusion packaging will be an added advantage
  • Experience with ERP/logistics documentation is beneficial
  • Physically fit and able to handle operational tasks

Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month(Commensurate with skills & experience)

Working Hours:

9 – 12 hours per day based on role and experienceWeekly Sunday off as per company policyGazetted & National holidays observed

Location:

RIICO Industrial Area, Bhiwadi, Rajasthan
