Job Title: Business Development Department (Multiple Positions – Junior / Senior / Manager)

 

Role Overview

We are expanding our Business Development team and are looking for passionate and results-driven professionals at multiple levels — Junior Business Development Executive (BDE), Senior Business Development Executive (Sr. BDE), and Business Development Manager (BDM).

Our focus areas include KPO, IT Services, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) for global clients.

Candidates should possess excellent communication, research, and analytical skills, along with the ability to identify and convert new business opportunities. The right individuals will be responsible for client acquisition, lead generation, and strategic growth initiatives according to their experience and role level.

Senior Business Development Executive (2–4 years experience)

Business Development Manager (4–7 years experience)

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Junior Business Development Executive

Research and identify potential clients across platforms such as Upwork, Alignable, LinkedIn Jobs, and other B2B portals.

Draft and submit proposals under the guidance of senior team members or manager.

Support in running email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns for lead generation.

Maintain accurate lead and client data in CRM systems.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and communication with clients.

Learn and implement business development tools, techniques, and best practices.

 

Senior Business Development Executive

Independently identify and pursue qualified business opportunities across KPO, IT, and RCM domains.

Develop and manage client relationships, from initial contact to project closure.

Create, customize, and present business proposals, quotations, and capability decks.

Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new target segments.

Manage and optimize CRM tools, email campaigns, and outreach activities for effective tracking and reporting.

Collaborate with the BDM and marketing teams to develop lead-generation strategies.

Mentor and support junior team members in proposal writing and lead management.

 

Business Development Manager

Lead and supervise the business development team (Jr. & Sr. Executives) to achieve departmental and organizational targets.

Develop and implement strategic business plans for client acquisition, partnerships, and revenue growth across global markets.

Oversee end-to-end business development activities, including lead generation, negotiations, and deal closures.

Manage and analyze CRM data to track performance, conversion ratios, and forecast future revenue.

Conduct periodic performance reviews, set goals, and provide training to enhance team productivity.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients and strategic partners.

Collaborate with delivery, operations, and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth service delivery.

Prepare and present detailed performance and sales reports to senior management.

 

Requirements (Based on Level)

Junior BDE

0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation (freshers with strong communication skills can apply).

Good research and writing skills.

Familiarity with Upwork, LinkedIn, or similar platforms preferred.

Enthusiastic, quick learner, and willing to grow in a fast-paced environment.

 

Senior BDE

2–4 years of experience in business development, preferably in KPO, IT, or RCM industries.

Proven track record in handling client communication and closing deals.

Proficient with CRM tools and email marketing platforms.

Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills.

 

BDM (Manager)

4–7 years of experience in business development or client acquisition roles, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial position.

Experience in global market expansion, preferably in US Healthcare or IT domains.

Excellent leadership, strategy-building, and team management skills.

Strong command over business development platforms, CRM, and reporting tools.
