Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager, located in Ahmedabad. The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include managing teams, optimizing workflows, developing and implementing operational policies, and maintaining quality and customer satisfaction standards. Additional tasks involve analyzing performance data, identifying areas for improvement, and coordinating with various departments to achieve organizational goals. The Operations Manager will also handle budgeting, resource allocation, and reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA with 4 years of KPO Experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in optimizing workflows and developing operational policies
• Proficiency in performance data analysis and identifying areas for improvement
• Excellent budgeting and resource allocation skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work onsite in Ahmedabad
• Experience in the financial operations or data analytics industry is a plus
