We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our Noida office as an Operations & Sales Executive. This is a dual-role position where you'll manage day-to-day operations while actively driving sales growth through lead generation and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Operations (60% of role):

• Organize and maintain product catalogues (digital and physical)
• Manage inventory documentation and product database
• Handle email correspondence with vendors, suppliers, and clients
• Coordinate with design and production teams for product updates
• Prepare and send quotations, invoices, and order confirmations
• Maintain customer database and sales records
• Manage order processing and dispatch coordination
• Handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations

Sales & Business Development (40% of role):

• Generate leads through online research, networking, and market outreach
• Proactively reach out to potential buyers (retailers, boutiques, B2B clients)
• Share product catalogues and presentations with prospective clients
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations (virtual/in-person)
• Negotiate pricing and terms with buyers
• Close sales deals and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
• Follow up with existing clients for repeat orders
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential:

• Bachelor's degree in any field (Business, Marketing preferred)
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (written and verbal)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Good email etiquette and professional communication
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
