Kods Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for The Operations Manager at Bengaluru location, will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency in workflows, managing budgets, and supervising teams across different departments. The role involves collaborating with department heads to meet organizational goals, optimizing processes, and implementing projects to continuously improve operational effectiveness. The Operations Manager will also be accountable for maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Required skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field .

- 2+ years of experience in operations or management roles.

- Strong knowledge of process optimization, compliance, and resource management.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.

- Analytical thinking with attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

- Adaptability in dynamic business environments.

- Strategic Planning & Execution

- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.

- Align operational goals with company objectives.

- Process & Workflow Management

- Monitor and optimize workflows across departments.

- Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.

- Team Leadership, Supervise, mentor, and evaluate staff performance.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performing work culture.

- Financial & Resource Management

- Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.

- Ensure cost-effective operations without compromising quality.

- Compliance & Risk Management

- Mitigate risks by implementing effective controls.

- Reporting & Analytics & Prepare operational reports and present insights to senior management.

- Use data-driven decision-making to improve efficiency.

- Vendor & Stakeholder Management & Maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders.

- Negotiate contracts and ensure service-level agreements are met.

Performance Metrics:

- Operational efficiency improvements.

- Cost savings achieved through process optimization.

- Employee satisfaction and retention rates.

- Compliance with regulatory standards.

- Timely delivery of projects and reports.
