We're Hiring: Project Manager
Location: Bangalore

Kods Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to handle end-to-end delivery of web and mobile projects. The role involves requirement gathering, client coordination, documentation, quality oversight, and ensuring timely delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
-Minimum 1 year of experience as a Project Manager or similar IT role.
-Strong skills in wireframe creation and detailed requirement documentation.
-Excellent client communication and stakeholder management abilities.
-Experience in projects involving MERN and Flutter technologies.
-Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana and Odoo.
-Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
Project Planning & Execution:
-Manage the full project lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
-Create detailed wireframes and requirement documentation.
-Define project scope, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
-Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery using tools like Asana and Odoo.
-Coordinate closely with teams working on MERN and Flutter development.
-Working knowledge of Google Play Console and App Store Connect for app publishing.
-Experience with DLT registration/setup for SMS templates.
-Familiarity with hosting platforms such as AWS, DigitalOcean, and Azure.
-Understanding of deployment and release cycles.
Quality & Delivery:
-Support QA processes, UAT cycles, and internal review stages before delivery.
-Identify potential risks, blockers, or delays and escalate appropriately.
-Maintain high-quality standards across all deliverables.
Reporting & Documentation:
-Prepare weekly progress reports for management and clients.Maintain updated project documentation within project management tools.Track KPIs related to timelines, efficiency, and task completion.
