Now, we’re launching in India and looking for a dynamic Marketing & Partnerships Manager to grow our customer base and drive partnerships. Role Overview As a Marketing & Partnerships Manager , you will lead the expansion of The Driven in India, focusing on acquiring running events, race organizers, club organizers, and strategic partners. Your mission is to establish The Driven as the go-to race registration platform in India while exploring licensing and white-label opportunities. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Identify and onboard running events, marathons, half marathons, 10K, 5K races, and running clubs in India. Develop and execute a sales strategy to approach race organizers, event managers, and clubs. Pitch The Driven’s unique value proposition to event organizers, highlighting the donation-based processing fee model. Strategic Partnerships & Licensing Partner with race registration platforms outside India & the USA to license The Driven’s platform. Develop collaborations with chip timing provider companies , offering them a white-label registration solution. Marketing & Brand Awareness Create and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, paid ads, social media, email marketing) to attract race organizers. Build strong relationships with influencers, running communities, and fitness brands to boost The Driven’s visibility. Customer Onboarding & Support Guide new event organizers and partners on how to use The Driven’s platform. Work closely with the support team to ensure seamless onboarding and customer success. Who Should Apply? 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or event marketing (preferably in sports tech, race management, or SaaS). Strong network in the Indian running/event industry (experience with marathons, running clubs, or fitness brands is a plus). Excellent negotiation & communication skills —ability to pitch to race organizers & corporate partners. Knowledge of digital marketing strategies (paid ads, email marketing, social media). Familiarity with payment processing and SaaS models (preferred but not mandatory).
