We are a UAE-based education and training firm currently expanding our operations in India. Our mission is to provide high-quality professional courses and industry-relevant training to students and working professionals. As part of our growth, we are hiring dynamic Business Development Executives to drive student enrollments through inbound and outbound sales calls.

Role Summary

The Telesales Manager will lead and manage Red Learning’s telesales team, driving revenue generation through outbound and inbound calls, guiding the team to meet and exceed sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer engagement. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational skills, along with the ability to leverage tools like Zoho CRM to manage performance and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Management
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the telesales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to improve sales skills, product knowledge, and client engagement techniques.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics to track progress and implement corrective actions.
  • Sales Strategy & Target Achievement
  • Develop and implement effective telesales strategies aligned with overall business goals.
  • Set clear targets and KPIs for the team; regularly review performance and coach team members to improve results.
  • Coordinate with the business development team to align leads, follow-ups, and conversion strategies.
  • Lead Management & CRM Utilization (Zoho Advantage)
  • Oversee the use of Zoho CRM for lead tracking, client follow-ups, pipeline management, and reporting.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of calls, client interactions, and conversion data.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Customer Engagement & Retention
  • Ensure the team maintains high standards of customer service and relationship management.
  • Provide guidance on handling objections, resolving client queries, and closing deals effectively.
  • Reporting & Coordination
  • Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports on telesales performance, conversion rates, and revenue generated.
  • Collaborate with marketing, business development, and training delivery teams to improve lead quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Telesales Manager, Sales Team Lead, or similar role, preferably in training, e-learning, or B2B services.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets through telesales or telemarketing channels.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing and motivating a sales team.
  • Proficient in CRM tools — familiarity with Zoho Advantage preferred.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and drive improvement.
  • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
