We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate Business Development Executive to be a key driver of our growth strategy. This role is open to both fresh graduates eager to start their career in software business development and experienced professionals looking for a challenging environment to take their skills to the next level. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for TotalX's software development services. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and digital outreach (email, LinkedIn, etc.). Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients, acting as a primary point of contact. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the software development market to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Solution Presentation: Understand client business needs and pain points to effectively articulate and present TotalX’s software solutions and value proposition. Proposal & Negotiation: Create compelling business proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals while ensuring alignment with company policy and client needs. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth and service expansion. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and client data using our CRM software. Collaboration: Work closely with the technical, marketing, and leadership teams to align business development efforts with overall company strategy and ensure smooth project transitions. What We're Looking For: Essential Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and articulate ideas clearly and persuasively. Aptitude: A keen interest in the software industry, digital technology, and business-to-business (B2B) sales processes.
