What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
* Establish new dealer points for market expansion in Pathanamthitta.
* Cultivate strong partnerships with fabricators, engineers, contractors, and builders.
* Identify ongoing and upcoming projects and convert them into sales opportunities.
* Achieve 50% sales through dealer networks while maintaining direct customer relationships.
* Work closely with the sales team to execute local market strategies.
* Drive consistent revenue growth and deliver monthly/quarterly targets.
* Earn attractive incentives for achieving sales above ₹10 lakhs.
Qualifications & Experience
* 2–3 years of experience in Business Development
* Experience handling dealers, fabricators, contractors, and project clients.
* Strong skills in market expansion, dealer onboarding, and relationship management.
* Prior experience with Rainwater Gutters / Pipes & Fittings / Roofing Sheets is an added advantage.
* Ability to work independently, manage field operations, and drive sales growth.
