Source new customers through field visits, referrals, campaigns, and corporate tie-ups. Promote financial products such as personal loans, gold loans, savings products, insurance, and investment plans. . Lead Generation & Conversion Generate and manage leads from various channels including marketing activities, walk-ins, and digital platforms. 3. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Understand customer financial needs and suggest suitable products. Resolve customer queries promptly and ensure high service satisfaction. 4. Branch & Team Coordination Work closely with Branch Managers and staff to support daily business operations. Provide product training, sales guidance, and motivation to branch-level teams. Coordinate with operations, credit, and marketing departments for seamless workflow. 5. Compliance & Documentation Ensure all customer documents and applications are verified and processed as per company policies. Adhere to regulatory guidelines, KYC norms, audits, and risk management protocols. Maintain accuracy in reports, MIS, and daily sales updates. 6. Field Activities & Market Engagement Conduct regular field visits to meet customers, partners, and potential business sources. Participate in promotional events, loan camps, and marketing drives. Build relationships with local associations, corporate offices, and community groups. Track, follow up, and convert leads into active business. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with regular updates. Conduct market analysis to identify potential areas for business expansion. Key Skills & Competencies Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
