About the Company

We are a UAE-based education and training firm currently expanding our operations in India. Our mission is to provide high-quality professional courses and industry-relevant training to students and working professionals. As part of our growth, we are hiring dynamic Business Development Executives to drive student enrollments through inbound and outbound sales calls.

Role Overview

The Business Development Executive will manage inbound and outbound calls, handle student inquiries, explain course details, and convert leads into admissions. Candidates with telesales experience—especially in the education sector—will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities⭐ Lead Handling & Call Management

  • Handle inbound calls from students interested in our training programs.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and inquiries.
  • Provide accurate course information, schedules, fees, and benefits.
  • Maintain strong follow-up routines via calls, WhatsApp, and email.

⭐ Sales & Enrollment

  • Assess learner needs and recommend suitable courses.
  • Convert inquiries into enrollments by explaining value and outcomes.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Promote special offers, discounts, and upcoming batches when necessary.

⭐ Customer Interaction & Support

  • Maintain a friendly and professional tone during interactions.
  • Assist students with registration, payment, and documentation.
  • Address doubts related to the curriculum, certification, placement, etc.

⭐ CRM & Reporting

  • Update lead status and follow-ups in CRM software.
  • Prepare daily/weekly call logs and sales reports for the manager.
  • Previous experience in Zoho is a plus

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong telephone etiquette and convincing ability.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and match them with suitable programs.
  • Basic computer proficiency (CRM, Excel, email communication).
  • Target-driven, organized, and self-motivated.

Qualifications

  • Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in sales and marketing
  • Prior telesales or inside sales experience preferred.
  • Experience in the education industry is an advantage.

  • 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
  • Saturday, Sunday Off

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
