We are a growing education company based in the UAE, expanding into the Indian market. We provide a wide range of training and academic programs and are looking for a reliable and proactive Office Boy / Office Assistant to support day-to-day office operations and assist with logistical needs.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with general office duties including cleaning, organizing, and maintaining office spaces.
Handle courier services, document delivery, and other administrative errands as required.
Provide support in setting up events, meetings, and workshops.
Run office errands and deliver documents, equipment, and materials as needed.
Assist staff with ad-hoc tasks and ensure smooth daily operations.
Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors when necessary.
Drive company vehicle for official purposes when required.

Requirements

Valid Indian driving license is mandatory.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Ability to drive safely and responsibly.
Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks.
Punctual, reliable, and proactive with a positive attitude.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Basic understanding of office operations is a plus.
