Telesales Executive

We are a well-established education provider in the UAE, successfully operating for and now expanding to India. We offer high-quality, learning programs for students and professionals and are looking for energetic telesales executives to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from prospective students and provide complete, accurate course information.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, and referrals.
• Assess student needs and recommend suitable programs and training solutions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
• Manage inquiries professionally, address objections, and guide leads through the enrollment process.
• Maintain updated records of interactions, follow-ups, and conversions in Zoho CRM (added advantage).
• Ensure exceptional customer service and smooth enrollment experience for every student.
• Work closely with marketing and academic teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (mandatory) — both verbal and written.
• Proven experience in telesales, call centers, or student admissions, preferably within the education or EdTech sector.
• Experience handling both inbound and outbound calls.
• Knowledge of Zoho CRM is a strong advantage.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
• Basic computer literacy and CRM usage skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and a strong team player.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
