Job Title: Business Development Manager – IT Sales Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site , M 43 & 44, Raghu Vihar, Saisha Nilayam Building, near RK Lawn, Shipra Path, Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302020. Experience Required: 3 to 12 Years Compensation: Base Salary + Performance-Based Incentives (Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications. No salary bar for the right candidate.) Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Sales Strategy Identify and secure new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation. Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, Clutch, GoodFirms, and Fiverr for prospecting. Develop and implement strategies for client acquisition and market expansion. Conduct high-level meetings, negotiations, and proposal presentations. Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape to refine business strategies. Pre-Sales Activities Conduct market research to identify potential markets and client segments. Prepare customized business proposals and presentations tailored to client needs. Contribute to bidding on IT service platforms and prepare pitch documents. Post-Sales & Client Relationship Management Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and communication. Monitor project progress and resolve client queries in a timely manner. Document all client interactions and maintain up-to-date records using CRM tools. Identify opportunities for account growth and additional service offerings. Team Leadership & Reporting Mentor junior business development executives and interns. Track and report on key performance indicators, sales metrics, and project pipelines. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. 3–12 years of experience in IT sales or business development roles. Proficient in CRM tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce. Strong skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiar with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and IT service bidding platforms. Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Able to manage multiple client accounts and coordinate with internal teams. Preferred Skills: Prior experience in pre-sales, post-sales, or business analysis roles in the IT industry. Certifications in business development, digital marketing, or CRM tools. Working knowledge of SEO, digital marketing concepts, or UI/UX fundamentals. Experience with proposal creation and bidding documentation. Strong relationship-building and account management skills.
